Delivery and access
Kwalifi sells online training. Nothing is shipped.
What you receive
A course purchase gives you access to that course’s written material, its assessments, and — once you pass — a Certificate of Completion carrying a QR code and a verification address anyone can check.
When access opens
Immediately. Access opens as soon as our payment provider confirms payment, which is usually within seconds. You do not wait for a delivery, and there is no delivery fee. If payment is confirmed but the course has not opened, the course will appear under My learning once you sign in — and if it still does not, contact us and we will open it manually.
How long you keep it
Course access does not expire. A certificate you have earned remains verifiable at its published address, and stays verifiable even if you no longer use the platform.
What you need
A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection. Courses are built to be read on a phone on site — no app to install, and no special software. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you, or with a password.
What a Certificate of Completion is — and is not
It confirms that the named person completed the course and passed its final assessment on the date shown. Courses sold directly by Kwalifi are not accredited. A Certificate of Completion is not a national qualification, carries no NQF level or credits, and makes no accreditation claim. Accredited qualifications on Kwalifi are delivered by accredited providers under their own accreditation, and are marked as such.
